After three shoots and their wedding, I can’t help but feel like Haley, Hayden and I became best friends! Every session was like catching up with old friends.
.The day before Haley & Hayden’s wedding, there was a huge snow storm, covering the temple grounds with a beautiful layer of snow. It was frostbite cold and a little breezy, but so worth it! Luckily we were able to warm up by the fire at their reception. They celebrated in The Lodge at Traverse Mountain in Lehi. It was the most stunning location for a perfect winter wedding.
Marianne at Bushel and a Peck floral did all the floral work and Oh Em Gee! Drop dead beautiful. She didn’t forget a single detail. Matianne adorned the fireplace with “H’s” (Haley and Hayden Harris..how perfect?!) pinecones and eucalyptus, the cake had a perfect touch of cedar berries, even the welcome sign had beautiful flowers.
I have been to a few weddings in my day, but no one partied as hard as Hayden and his groomsmen. A stampede could have made its way through the room and you wouldn’t have been able to hear it. After a magical sparkler send off, the happy couple were sent on their way to the warm and sandy beaches of Hawaii.
