Watching these two get married in the rose garden at Thanksgiving Point was the highlight of my week. David has such a tender heart and he loves Carmela with all of it.
They were surrounded by the most important people in their lives – their family. Each toast paid tribute to their undying love for one another and their close relationships with their families. David’s relationship with his sister, Valerie, in particular made my throat choke a little as I tried to hold back my tears.
After a delicious dinner was served and the toasts were said, the cutting of the cake ensued where Carmela & David ever so sweetly cut and fed each other cake. The real party came after the first dances, where the whole family joined them on dance floor. Everyone enjoyed taking pictures in the Photo Booth Bus. I, myself ventured into the Photo Booth Bus where my second shooter and I failed miserably at taking a decent picture. Who would have thought that the two people who make a living from taking pictures couldn’t take a decent picture? After much dancing, picture taking and ice cream eating, the newly wed couple ran through sparklers onto their next event – the after party.
So grateful for these two and wish them the best in their future together. I hope you enjoy these images!
